For the record, the firstbachelor partiesemerged in the West during the 18th century. The groom-to-be and his friends would share a boozy farewell meal among men before heading to a brothel to enjoy one last taste of bachelorhood before thewedding. Tradition also dictated that the young man bury a coffin in which he placed mementos of his bachelor life. Hence the expression“bachelor party.” Today, this symbolic event has evolved significantly. We still celebrate, but we mainly use this occasion to discover an unusual activity together and spend an amazing day and create memorable moments with friends!
