We will contact the recipient the day before the flight to check the weather conditions and confirm the exact time of the appointment. If conditions do not permit the flight to take place, we will simply agree on a new date within the voucher’s validity period. This is why our gift vouchers are valid for two years: to allow for the necessary flexibility in the face of changing weather conditions.
Most people who are nervous end up… amazed. The pilot adapts, explains everything, and puts them at ease. And the flight is very smooth!
Good news: you can't get dizzy while paragliding or flying a microlight because your feet don't touch the ground. You're suspended in the air, so there's no risk!
Yes, starting at age 3 for paragliding and age 5 for microlight flights. We offer special packages for young adventurers.
Yes, recipients can schedule their own appointments at their convenience within two years of purchasing the gift certificate.
Opening hours vary by activity:
ULM with birds: from early September to mid-July (excluding the molting season).
Paragliding: mid-February to mid-November. (We also offer a few dates between November and February: give us a call 😊)
Ultralight aircraft: Open during the summer months, mainly in July and August.
It's simple: just wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the day's weather. A windbreaker, sunglasses, and—most importantly—a pair of sneakers are essential.
If it's cold: dress warmly (a warm jacket, gloves, a scarf, and warm shoes).
If it's very hot: sneakers, shorts, or pants—whatever you prefer—along with a light jacket just in case, and sunglasses.
In spring or fall: even if it feels mild at ground level, be sure to bring an extra layer for added comfort at higher elevations.
The most important thing is to be comfortable so you can fully enjoy your flight.
Yes, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
After this period, gift certificates for paragliding and microlight flights are no longer refundable.
Our gift certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable and can be used at any time during this period, allowing you to take advantage of the seasons and weather conditions around Lake Annecy.
This 2-year validity period gives you all the flexibility you need to fully enjoy your flying experience.
Yes! Our pilots offer a photo and video package during the flight. It’s a great way to capture that magical moment… and share it with your loved ones.
